EMPLOYER JOB POSTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, submitting, or posting any job listing on EmploymentCrossing (“Service”), you (“Employer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Employer Job Posting Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EmploymentCrossing provides online job posting and recruiting services to employers seeking legal professionals. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Job Posting Fees

Effective March 1, 2026, EmploymentCrossing’s standard job posting fees are as follows:

Applicable pricing is determined at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Terms

By submitting payment information, you authorize EmploymentCrossing to charge the applicable fees and taxes.

All job posting fees are non-refundable once a job posting has been submitted or published.

9. Review and Removal Rights

EmploymentCrossing reserves the right to review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any job posting at any time, with or without notice. Removal does not entitle the employer to a refund.

10. Intellectual Property

Employers grant EmploymentCrossing a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote job postings in connection with the Service.

11. No Guarantee of Results

EmploymentCrossing does not guarantee:

All recruiting results depend on market conditions and employer practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmploymentCrossing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from job postings. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable posting.

Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmploymentCrossing from claims arising out of:

EmploymentCrossing may modify job posting fees at any time. Updated fees apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change. Advance notice will be provided when feasible.

15. Termination

EmploymentCrossing may suspend or terminate employer access for violations of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

17. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding job postings between Employer and EmploymentCrossing.
